We started CWA because customer support shouldn't take five clicks, three handoffs and twelve hours to answer a question a model can answer in two seconds.

Our story

2023
The project begins. CWA is founded to give small and mid-sized businesses access to the same kind of AI-powered support that enterprises were beginning to roll out.
2023 — 2024
Holywell Incubator. CWA is admitted to the Holywell Incubator at the University of Loughborough, where the first production deployments are built and validated with early customers.
2024
Incorporated in the UK. The company is formally incorporated as CWA Technology Ltd in the United Kingdom.
January 2026
Expanded to Cyprus. The company expands to Cyprus under the trade name Omnisoft Systems Ltd, continuing to operate the CWA Technology brand.

What we believe

Most "AI customer service" products today are wrappers that demo well and break in production. We don't build for the demo — we build for the third week, when the employee has handled ten thousand conversations and the team trusts it to handle the next ten thousand without supervision.

That means real channel integrations — not iframes. Real knowledge grounding — not hallucinations dressed up as confidence. Real handover to humans — not a brick wall when the conversation gets hard.

We ship fast because the gap between "AI can probably do this" and "AI is doing this in your business" is mostly a gap of engineering discipline, not capability.
